According to holistic designers, using Ayurveda in your living space won’t just balance it out aesthetically, it will also impact your overall physical and mental health. “Our homes are the one environment we can control,” says mind-set coach and author Jenn Stevens. “Ensuring that they’re designed with our unique requirements in mind is just another form of self-care.” Duration: 1 hr initial consultation Our consultation includes: - free temperament assessment for you (+ partner) - in-depth discussion of what appeals to you, from texture to colour to visuals. We will cover all bases to ensure you love your new space Our subsequent consultation includes: - designing of your room layout using professional software & experience - decluttering current space or reorganising/arranging - presentation of a coherent look for your home or office - from hanging art mirrors to sourcing and placing furniture - everything you need whilst you sit back and enjoy your new space! Costs: - initial consultation - $120 - subsequent consultations - $80/hr
